Signing at the end of 2003 year of the next protocols on Common free economic zone”, opens in front of Ukraine the certain perspective, because the main idea of complex of measures being prepared is to give national regimes for activity of producers from Russia, Byelorussia and Kazakhstan on markets of any of these countries. But, indigestion of some base questions makes necessary to elaborate Complex of measures on foundation of CFEZ. The conference “Perspectives of market of lifting construction in common free zone”, which will be conducted in Odessa during 20-21 of May, makes possible to define circle of such questions in sphere of lifting constructions, to lay down ways of its resolving.
