which will be conducted during 18 -21 of May 2004 year in Odessa.

For elimination of any time coincedence, technical secretariat asks you to send us as soon as possible filled in applications to participation in the conference, taking into account special attention to necessity of selection by you:
— desirable conditions of accomodation (item 6 of application);
— sections, in activity of which you plan to participate (item 9 of application).

Taking into account necessity of timely formimg of every minute time - limit of plenary sessions and all sections, reports, information, we ask you to inform us theme of your reports, information up to 30.04.04, and to present its theses up to 15.05.03 year (it is better to do it earlier).

We ask also to send us offers for discussions and its including in materials of the conference.

In the process of conducting of the conference, its participants, made reports on the most actual agendas, will be stimulated by the organizing committee.

Your active participation in activity of the conference with reports, information, will be, without any doubt, promote to establishing of helpful relations and solution of problems of your enterprise in conformity with aims of United free economic zone, and also forwarding to markets of lifting - conveying constructions of other countries.
