One of the main news of magazine – about all – Ukrainian meeting “About state of elevators equipment of Ukraine”, that was conducted at the end of April in Kiev under the chairmanship of the chief of the State labor protection and supervision agency of Ukraine Sergey Storchak. Which method of inspection is the most optimal ? Chief state mining inspector of Stachanov regional inspection on supervision in coal industry (Stachanov, Lugansk region) V.A. Kladko considers, that it is impossible to judge about real state of ropes with sufficient reliability only according data of instrumental check. Doctor of technical Science, Director of international association of steel ropes researchers (Odessa) V.A. Malinovsky objects to him, asserting, that “Retest or non destructive check – this is, as it is called in Odessa, two big differences”. His point of view, that the most correct variant is diagnostics of rope states with the help of devices of non destructive check in combination with correct operation, timely cleaning and rope lubrication, support A.I. In their article “ Monitoring of cranes state – necessary condition of its safe operation” they speak about results of experiment made in 2002 year on industrial complex “Norilsk nickel”.
